The DPSP Group (Drogaria SP and Pacheco) annually holds an event that brings together the managers of its stores to discuss the numbers of the current year and plan of the following year. The event happened in SP and we took care of the logistics of bringing everyone to the headquarters.
Everything happened in a single day. People would arrive in the morning, have lunch together, receive the information, and in the afternoon they would roll happy hour. All We Flow needed to do was follow the script.
But of course we wanted to come up with another experience. We made a proposal to divide the meetings, mapping Brazil in 5 regions. A strategic idea that brought a giant gain: optimization of resources with logistics, content driven by region, more effective information, better networking between teams from nearby regions.
Simple, assertive and efficient, a great result for our client.
